He has worked with many major publications, as well as for the United Nations and various other NGOs. In between assignments, he would work on his personal, long-term projects. For\u00a0<em>Crying Meri<\/em>, Vlad documented cases of violence against women in Papua New Guinea, one of the world\u2019s most dangerous places to be female.
